Sorry to say but it is difficult to get admission in NITs for you.
Chances are very less. Apply for JOSSA and perhaps, you can get an admission by luck.

Please note that all NCHMCT institutes accept the current year ranks only for UG programs because your rank have already expired in year 2017. So, you can't get admission in any IHMs. However, few private institutes are giving the admissions for students who missed their NCHMCT JEE-2018. Please check NCHMCT website for details.

There are many colleges and institutions for Animation in India. If you want to really choose right place for this filed focus on just few things. These things are Mentors (Faculties), Course content, Career Opportunities (Placement), Environment and Equipment’s (Labs). Only these things can make a brand and in India there are just few brand institutes who provide a quality education in Animation field. My preference for you is just go with MAAC. I have mention some reasons for join MAAC.
1. India's Leading Brand in 2D, 3D and VFX.
2. Conducts personality development training.
3. Provides equipment like DSLR Camera, HD Video Camera,
...more

Once you enter NIFT, your placements are assured because NIFT claims to have 100% placements. It's more like IIT, IIM kind. You get in, you're secured. After your studies you would be high in demand because this is one among the most prestigious institutes for fashion.
The career after NIFT will depend upon the specialization that you are pursuing in design and where do you see yourself in next five years.
