Hello Akshay!
It is good that you have written the entrance exams for BITS-Pilani and Amity University. The minimum eligibility is to score only 75% in board exams to get admission in these colleges.
You mention your scores in the BITSAT exam. I'll be able to help you after you do that.
If your score is 300+ in BITSAT then you can get a seat in BITS-Pilani and its campuses at Goa and Hyderabad.
All the best!

This would depend a lot on your interest areas & career aspirations. However, since you have done 12th in arts you should pursue BBA. BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) is a technical course and one would need good computer skills plus an HSC in science would be necessary to seek admission.
BCA can also be Bachelor of Commercial Arts, if you are creative in nature and have good drawing skills then you can pursue commercial arts course as well.

Both branches are connected with each other and both have equal scopes. If you have much interest in softwares then go for IT, and If you are interested in Hardware also, then go for Computer Engineering.

I think you know that to practice in India you have to qualify MCI screening test. And, passing this exam is tougher than NEET, so prepare for NEET.
USA, New Zealand, Canada, UK are best option for pursuing medical degree (MD), because there is no need to qualify MCI screening test. You can practice (clinical) in India.

Last year the closing rank was 1.1k (approximately) . I don't think you will get CSE by any chance. If you want you can try via management quota.
