IITs: Among all IITs, only IIT Roorkee offers MCA programme, but from the academic year 2014-15 the institute had decided to discontinue this course.
The test was IIT-JAM. But this doesn't exist now.
NITs: The admission to the MCA programme into NITs is based on the rank obtained in NIMCET exam only, and it is offered in following NITs only.
Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Durgapur, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal.

Practically, there is no difference. Both are graduation in Engineering.
B.Tech is normally awarded by IIT like Institutions which teach only Engineering while BE is awarded by normal universities which award degrees other than engineering also.

That totally depends on your interest. If your interest is in business world then do MBA. You will surely find it easy or If you like science and technology then do MS. There is nothing easy and nothing difficult, that totally depends on the individual's passion.
