Sorry Muskan, you will need mathematics to have a career as an astronomer. With a PCB background, you can look for other options but not anything related to space science or engineering which requires maths.

Yes, a 10+2 pass out student from any stream is eligible to pursue journalism. But, don't just do it for the sake that you didn't got admission in medical or as a 2nd option, do it if you have a passion for journalism and media because only then you will be able to become successful in this field.

You could explore the following options:
1. Work for a couple of more years and once you have financially better off then pursue part-time MBA programme.
2. Appear for CAT, get a good score and take admission in a top MBA college. You can take a loan from the bank or seek financial aid/scholarship from the institute based on your weak financial status.

Dubey ji, don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies.
