Hi Sridhar, Essex is one of the elite Universities in the UK. No Universities abroad guarantee placements. All the Universities have careers and placement cells that help the students to prepare for the interview, prepare CV and intimate students about openings in companies. Students must themselves go for the interview and clear. There is no culture of companies coming to University campus and recruiting students.

For admission to B.Tech in any regular AICTE college minimum % required in class XII is 50%. So, you are not eligible for B.Tech programme. So, if you really wants to become Degree Engineerthan only option you have is to reappear for your marks improvement in class XII next year and simultaneously start preparing for entrance examination for admission to Engineering Colleges.

Hi Saikrishna.
US universities offer two main semester intakes:
Fall Semester (September/October):
This is the main intake and almost all programs are offered at this times. More financial aid is also available for this semester and as funds are allocated for the entire year during this time.
Spring Semester (January/February):
This is the mid-year intake. There is limited financial assistance available for this semester as most universities allocate funds to projects in the Fall semester.
Some universities also have a Summer intake around July.
All the best.
Regards.
Gijoo

Hi Alekhya, 1 Masters is offered in the UK. In USA the courses at Masters level are 2 yrs in duration.
If you would like to know about admission in UK, let me know. I ll help you out.
Hi Deepu, very few Universities may accept GRE in lieu of GMAT. It is GMAT that is required to pursue MBA abroad. In USA it is also mandatory to have a minimum of 2 yrs work ex to get into a good university and have less hassle free visa interview.

Hi Sreeja,
Getting a distance course in Pharmacy in itself is a rare subject to get and that too after English degree in your graduation, this seems difficult because to get a job in Pharmacy, you need to be a degree holder in this field.
And for pursuing Pharmacy degree courses you need to have studied Bio in +2.Refer to the following link to know about the institutes offering B.Pharma:

Hi Sreeja,
I really do not think that you would be able to pursue a course after graduating in English as both are two different streams. For a career in Pharmacy, you will require Bio at +2.
Also a similar query has already been answered, and you may refer to the following link to check the same:
