Hi Aditya, it also depends on which University you have completed your studies from and how much GRE score you have obtained. The other documents that matter are Essays, Statements, Letters of Recommendation.
So if you are low on one try to score well on the rest of the documentation.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform

You must have in X,XII and Degree all above 70%. You must be through with the final year project and good in programming languages which you have learned.

It is mandatory to write the entrance exam and apply for Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIT - MCA). Without this you cannot apply.
It is a compulsory to write this exams now days.

If you are inquiring about the All India level entrances, yes there are many being conducted like AIIMS, AIPMT.
Also as you are from Maharashtra, you can write the MHT CET for medical courses as well.
