Its better always if you visit the institute directly and inform about your interest , so that the counselor can tell you which course fits you better.
Before choosing any institute , surely compare with the other about their market reputation. If possible talk to some of the earlier students , who has already completed the course.

Hi Drvc, you can not work if you do not get work permit. It is mandatory to obtain the work permit if you want to pick up any kind of job. If caught working illegally, you will be deported back.
