Here are some tips to prepare for the interview:
1. Go over your resume properly and practice the points you want to highlight during the interview.
2. Prepare some common questions that are quite often asked in the interview around the common points like strength, weakness, achievements etc.
3. Collect all necessary information about the company, recent developments, etc. Know about your prospective role beforehand and think about how you can present your skills and experience so as to reflect that you are best for the role.
4. Keep yourself updated with GK , Current Affairs, etc. Especially regarding the industry or sector concerning the organization.

B.Tech biotechnology, B.Tech biomedical engineering and B.Tech genetic engineering:
For Kattankulathur campus : Minimum 60% aggregate in PCM / PCB
For NCR, Delhi campus: Minimum 50% aggregate in PCM / PCB
(i) Passed in Higher secondary examination (10+2 pattern) or appearing in Higher Secondary examination in the current academic year with physics, chemistry and mathematics or biology or biotechnology as major subjects in regular stream from any state board within India, CBSE, ISCE, matriculation, or NIOS.
(ii) International Baccalaureate (IB) A-level with physics, chemistry, mathematics or biology as major subjects in any International schools within India.

Ph.D in Human Resource Management (HRM) is a 3-year full-time doctoral level programme. The essential eligibility criteria for the programme is to qualify the Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% and above from a recognised university. The course is conducted in the form of semesters and generation of research thesis at the end of the course. Ph.D. in HRM.
Eligibility:
The eligibility criteria for enrolling for Ph.D in Human Resource Management are as follows:
Candidates who have completed their post-graduation degree or an M.Phil in any relevant discipline with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks and above for general category and 50% marks for SC/ST candidates can seek admission to the programme. Applicants are also required to pass the entrance examination held for the programme, followed by sessions of Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
