Hi Piyush,
Although you can get jobs even after your BBA degree, but if you plan an MBA from a good Management Institute providing a degree in a regular full time mode then it will be a real boost to your career progression and would get you a much higher salary package than what you are going to get from your BBA (distance learning). However, if you are planning for a distance learning MBA then advisable would be that you start your career with the BBA degree get some good work experience and then plan an MBA may an EMBA.
With BBA you can look for jobs in banking, insurance and other finance related sectors.

no need to spend so much of money and time duration for a clinical research course as what all institutes are charging basic qualification is a professional graduate or post graduate degree plus a minimum duration clinical research program with good study material and minimum fee to get basic knowledge of clinical research that will add an edge with the basic degree As companies are looking for trained proffesional thesedays but no need to got for 1yr or 2 yr courses with so much of fee that is purely wastage of money and time

Hi Bhuban,
Although you have not mentioned anything about your education background advisable is that you should go for a regular program as they not only gives you practical exposure but have a much better standing in the job market.
The fee structure of an MBA program varies from University to University. However, fee structure of Distance education is always less as compare to the regular program. If the regular program fee ranges from 5 to 10 Lakhs the Distance education MBA would range from 50 thousand to 1 lakh.

Yes. IT industry in India has dearth of talent. It has jobs for every field. I recommend you to keep learning and doing different types of projects but please make sure you don't fall in love with any technology. You should be sniffing for any opportunity which brings good experience to you and adds to your resume. Once you are 2-3 years old in IT industry you can focus on "domain" like Insurance or ERP (Finance,HRMS,Manufacturing) or Banking etc. Best of luck.
