And you looking for which college or institute?
Because fees is depend as per course mode and fees is different from university to university.
For regular college's MCA fees is 45-50K per year.
For distance education mode MCA fees is 12-15K per semester.

PR is not at all easy now a days , to obtain PR you need to get 120 points as per the immigration policies. If you have finished your 2 yrs full time studies in Australia then only you can apply for PR .
