well sir according to me your wish for your daughter is good.intresting courses are available in abroad all over the world. U.S is one of them.the course selection depends on your daughter, her intrest and specialisation.moreover U.K is best according to me for education.
going there also depends on her merit score and surely on her TOEFL or IELTS score for studies after XII. If she hasen't given any of the exam you can get details on ets.org/toefl

hello friend, you can definitely do it simultaneously, the only condition is two graduation courses cannot be done from the same university. so you can opt for some correspondence course or distance learning. but i feel doing two graduation subjects at the same time will be tedious. since i am myself form the engineering background, i can surely say that b tech involves lot of study assignments, then there is so much of journal work, practicals and time to time tests, and managing 5 subjects in each semester in b tech and almost the same no.of subj in BA would be a real mess.so i would really suggest you finish b tech, and if you are g
