For getting a seat in top colleges you need to need to have a good aggregate of percentage in class 12th. You can visit different websites of top colleges so as to know about their admission procedure and entrance details. And therefore, prepare accordingly.

You can opt for the course because if you want to make a career in hardware and chip designing, it will set the tone for you. I would also suggest that you should opt for computer related degree because without the relevant degree it will be difficult for you to find a good job.

The entrance examination i.e. Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MUOET) has the same syllabus as you do for any otger entrance exam. It'll have class 11-12 Maths, Physics, Chemistry and English.
Also the syllabus will be uploaded in the University website a few months before the exam. You can verify from there.

Absolutely. unlike the name.it is known for finance, we have companies like Vedanta Plc and IFMR Lead(the institute's own HR wing) coming for HR recruitments. with a highest package of 14lakh this year. Also the colg is situated in an SEZ surrounded by world-class manufacturing companies, opportunities and exposure is unlimited.

Placements in operations are not poor, in fact in past few years as per my knowledge most of the students in operations batch got placed. And hence more and more students are opting for operations from this year.
