Every qualification or degree have value, if it is studied for knowledge & completed with passion. Now in India specially for Engineering graduates 90% of students have poor knowledge or understanding of their subjects. In such a case how any employer/company will appoint them.
Getting degree is easy in India but along with degree understanding the subject will be done by very few students.
Now, coming to your question, as far as job prospectus or getting work is concerned prefer CA course.

Guide-Level 15

Hi Manisha,
The Chemistry book(the NCERT book itself too) is decent for entrance exams(except for the organic part, you'll need extra material for that). The math syllabi in NCERT is good in parts, like for integration, but most other chapters are not sufficiently covered hence the extra reference material might not be enough. The physics book is not good at all.

XLRI has a very elaborate placement process similar to all top MBA schools in India. When you sit for the Placement Process you become eligible to apply for all the organizations participating in Placement Process. But, you will agree that each organization looks for a certain kind of individual for the specific job they have on offer. For example Sales & Marketing roles in most of the organizations are open for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.
