It is very difficult to study in Canada. Try in lesser competitive countries like Europe and Scandinavian countries. You can also go for Australia but again it will be difficult to get into any top ranked universities because of your history of backlogs.

Both exams are for the gateway to management college. MAT and CMAT have defined some colleges in their list so, I would ask you to get list of the colleges and then decide your college and exams to be given. There are certain colleges which do have their own set of criteria for admission. I would ask you to visit the colleges I am listing as these have some good reputation.
