Hi,
In order to pursue full time MBA you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.
However, please note that some institutes even conduct entrance test of their own.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA institutes is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.

You will require MSc Maths for MPhil in Maths. (Be careful, there may be study centres which may say that MPhil Maths is possible, but it is not true and it will not help you in teaching jobs)

Yes, it's possible to complete Masters Degree in 1 Year. Typically Universities require to complete 30 to 36 credit hours to get Masters Degree. 1 Course is equivalent to 3 credit hours (usually). It varies between universities. Some schools have Thesis option instead of course work. To, complete Maters degree in 1 year, you will have to take more courses than a typical student will register in a semester. But, you cannot complete MBA in1 year in US. MBA in US is designed for 2 to 2.5 year program.
