Dear Honey, if you are asking this question after you have completed your degree then it means either you were not selected in campus placement or your college is not good enough to provide campus placement. In such case, you can choose to pursue post graduation or prepare for government and PSU sector exams. M.Tech. may be chosen only if you decide to go for teaching job in engineering college, otherwise there is no particular advantage of doing it unless you do it from IIT or NIT. If you look for administrative jobs then MBA would be suitable but only through CAT/MAT from top-50 B-school as regular candidate.
If you have not passed out yet and your college provides campus placement, then prepare for aptitude, logical reasoning and technical subjects for placement drive.
As an engineering graduate, no certification course can give you job but definitely increase your awareness and skill level.
