Hi,
The one sitting degree is good for those who are only looking at gaining a graduate degree.
If you are also looking at post graduate courses then you need to first check whether after the single sitting graduation you will be eligible for the next course or not.
For example, in order to pursue MBA, the eligibility criteria is 10+2+3; therefore a three year graduation is required and the single sitting course is not accepted.

Managing graduation and fashion design course together will be strenuous task as both will be different and demand proper time. So, it is up to you to decide whether you can balance both. Opt for both together ONLY if you feel that you can manage.
Secondly, two regular courses can't be pursued, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short term certificate course. Accordingly, you may go for graduation and pursue short term fashion design course afterwards.
