There is nothing wrong in pursuing pgdm finance if you've your interest in studying management in finance. You've very good percentile and you should go for it. You should first list down your specific interest in finance, whether it is stock market, mutual fund, accounts extra. You can do graduation in any stream. Doing only B.Com is not essential for MBA courses. However, incase you want to make a career in the Accounting, Finance or Banking field then it would be better for your career to do B.com before MBA.
