Hi Anuj,
I suggest you to go with online Degree as in Mumbai reputed collages fees are approx. 6 lac to 7 lac. And your total budget is 7.5 lakh.
But before selecting any online university, you need to think on

2) Online Support
3) Live lecture support?
4) payment terms etc. etc.
All the best for further studies.

Daya, you have a good score in 12th then why you go for distance learning mode. there is problem of year gap but its not a big gap for traditional courses like BSc. You should try in some best colleges for regular course. I'm sharing some list of Universities of distance learning for BSc Physics. IGNOU, KSOU, Kota open University, Annamalai university, pondicherry university, Delhi University distance course, etc.

Aisha, to get a broader view of the field please read on. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamoured by Fine Arts preventing them to look objectively at Design. They must read this http://bit.ly/SXc9GD. Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly. Similarly in Design the cutting edge areas are UID/ UXD, 3D Printing, Immersive Technology, Augmented Reality, 3D Projection etc, besides of course Game Design and Animation.

CMAT scores are considered for All India quota which is 15% of total seats. DTE also considers scores of other exams like MAT XAT CAT MHCET for this quota. Last year cutoff of pumba for this quota was 99.09 percentile. As per your score it seems impossible to get admission through this quota. You can try for MAT in May former getting admission in PUMBA.
MAT is on 3rd of May this year . And it is comparatively easy to score.
Best luck

It depends on your priority. MMS is an University recognized course. PGDM is autonomous but the curriculum is updated according to corporate requirement. So a university recognition or updated curriculum is your choice. The placement is common for both. So no difference in that
