See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is r

As you are from OBC category you can are eligible for PUMBA based on graduation percentage. Required criteria of graduation percentage for getting admission in MBA is 50% for general category and 45% for backward category. Last year cutoff for this quota was 99.09 percentile and your CMAT score is only 90 percentile So there is almost no chance for you to get admission in PUMBA based on CMAT score. You can try for coming MAT exam in May.

As per DTE rule candidate of general category must have 50% in graduation and OBC candidate should have 45% in graduation. So you are eligible for applying.
CMAT scores are considered for all India quota which is 15% of total seats. For these seats DTE considers other exam's scores as well like MAT XAT CAT MHCET. Last year PUMBA cutoff for this quota was 99.09 percentile. Comparing your score within this it seams almost impossible for you to get admission with this score and there is no reservations in this quota.
So you can try coming MAT but its result should come before applying to DTE for admission.last year the admission process was
