Start applying on the website of the top investment banking firm in India (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Credit Suisse, etc.). And, then if you wish you can go to abroad to work within the same company using employee referrals. However, for skills yes you need to have qualitative skills, should have a good understanding of Case analysis problems, very good in MS Office etc.

HSC result has been declared in all the states of India. Therefore, colleges have started issuing the application form/ course prospectus in their offices. You can approach in a working day and receive the same or you can apply online too (if the option is available).
