At LPU, most MBA students who get placed typically receive average packages of 6-7LPA. Higher offers often depend on your skills, internships, and area of specialization.
When comparing Marketing with Tourism & Hospitality, Marketing usually offers more varied roles and attracts a wider range of recruiters. Tourism & Hospitality is a better fit if you are sure you want a career in that field.

Dear Abhishek,
The cutoff for general category, during 2015-17 batch admission was 98.54 percentile. FMS has a well defined course structure for all specializations. IT is one of the most chosen specializations by our students. Apart from this, several IT organizations also visit FMS for placements, every year.

If you want to have technical career, B.Tech is a better option. Else, you may go for integrated MBA courses offered after 12th class. I will recommend that you do BBA instead of integrated MBA so that you have choice of doing MBA from Tier I management institute.
