If you are interested in accountancy, then you should pursue M.com. After M.Com you will get a job in the accounts department of a company or you can become a lecturer. If you score more than 55% in the final year of B.Com & qualify CAT with the good score, you can pursue MBA. You can get a job easily with the degree of MBA as compared to M.Com. It depends on your choice which course to select.

Cost of graduation in USA is very high. If you can afford cost of education in USA then it is a good option to do B.Tech Mechanical Engineering from USA Universities. Lots of Indian Universities can compete with USA universities in engineering education. You may also evaluate doing B.Tech ME from top Indian colleges also.
