Dear Tanushree, we would like to keep you updated that, ASBM is the ninth b-school in the country along with MDI, Gurgaon, XLRi, etc. to have received international accreditation SAQS, recognised by the SAARC body.
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) aims at training the participants in general management concepts, skills and their application, with a strong focus on experiential learning. The Institute follows the IIM model pedagogy with open credit system. Emphasis is given on case analysis and presentation with multi-disciplinary approach to sharpen the analytical and decision making ability of the students. Thereby this programme enables the students to navigate more effectively as managers in a challenging and changing business scenario prevailing in the industries.
This programme is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The quality parameters of ASBM have been recognised by two international accreditations ACBSP, USA and SAQS from AMDISA (recognized by SAARC Council). In fact, ASBM is one among only nine B Schools in the country to have been honoured with double international accreditation.
The Institute provides amenities like air conditioned class rooms with modern gadgets, a rich central library, computer lab, SPSS lab, advanced language & psychometric labs, dispensary with a dedicated ambulance, auditorium, open air theatre, food court, coffee & ice cream parlours, fast food centre, gymnasium, outdoor & indoor games, entertainment zone, ATM, Post Office, temple & meditation centre, medicine & essentials store etc. It has an excellent academic environment, and I am sure you will take full advantage of this.
PGDM being a fulltime residential programme, you will be required to stay in the Institutes hostel. There are separate hostels for boys and girls in the campus on twin sharing basis. A limited number of rooms are also available for single occupancy to be allotted on first-come-first-served basis. The hostel provides essential items of furniture like bed, mattress, study table & chair, cupboard, window curtains etc., with independent internet connection 24 x 7.
