There can be various reasons due to which you could not pursue your 3 year degree in 3 years but completed it in 5 years. Universities are very flexible in understanding such scenarios and for the same purpose, they give you an opportunity to express the same to them in your essays/statement of purpose. Provided you can justify your reasons as to why you completed your degree in 5 years and provided the reasons are genuine, the number of completion years would not be a problem.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Hi Nazia,
Although, there are colleges which give you fast track courses in which you can complete your 2 years or 3years program in 6 months or 1 year, but not in regular colleges, this system is available majorly for correspondence programs or you can look at ope Universities to give both the year exams in one year.
In regular programs colleges allow you to clear 2nd year & 3rd year papers together but that is possible only in case you have not appeared or failed in second year examination, in such a cases you can sit for those papers along with your third year papers, but there is no system wherin you can give third year exams along
