The German system of higher education is quite different from the Indian system. At a German university you can study for one of the degrees (UG, PG or PhD), the level varying according to the disciplines. Many German universities confer Bachelor's and Master's degrees that are internationally recognised. Prior to enrolment at a German institution of higher education you are advised to find out from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) whether and which of these degrees are recognised in India.

The best colleges in USA for engineering are:

Both the fields are quite different and hold least relevance in complimenting each other. BCA is completely a technical and IT based field of education where as Cyber law is Law field with the knowledge of crimes taking place against IT & internet and how to safe guard the same.
Pursuing a Diploma in Cyber law will only help you to understand the detailing regarding the loop holes in the field of IT and how vulnerable it is to get hampered and misused. You can use this as an add on to your knowledge and if in future you opt for Network security as a career path, this can be of a lot of use in terms of the awareness.
