Hello,
Yes, it is quite true. MAPS has a designated placement cell which is headed by people like R. Jayaraman, who is an MBA from IIM-A with plenty of years of leadership and Anuj Ahuja, who is from IIM-B and has been a visiting faculty to top business schools in Delhi. And the best thing is that they provide placement assurance to students from various companies, http://www.maps.edu.in/MapsPlacement.aspx
Just to let you know, I am myself a current student at MAPS and have had a very enriching experience so far. So, if there is anything else that you would like to know, please don't hesitate to ask.
Regards,
Astha Aggarwal.

Hello,
Yes, it will surely help you to get admission! I can give you my example here. I hadn't scored too well in the MAT exams, but because I had a very good extra curricular record, I got through to MAPS and I must say I have had a great learning experience so far. So, you might want to try for MAPS too if you are looking for a business school that would consider your other activities apart from your academics.
Just to let you know, MAPS is backed by two of the largest educational companies - Educomp, India and Raffles, Singapore. If there is anything more that you would like to know, please log into their website, http://www.maps.edu.

The decision to enrol in a PG Dip or MBA depends on a number of factors, including but not restricted to such things as your personal needs, career aspirations, time available for study and prior qualification. Both qualifications have the same entry level requirements and students may sit for the same but a different number of papers in each case. More information about both programmes may be found on the AUT web site.
Studying in NZ offers a lot of attractions and the universities in NZ all have a strong local and international reputation. Those business schools like AUT which have AACSB accreditation offer an internationally recogni

Venkatesham, it is nice to know that you secure good marks everytime. Once you have acheived then I would advice you to look forward and not see what the previous marks would do to you. Surely they would be beneficial but Intermediate & SSC marks would carry their value only if you keep getting higher marks in your further studies. It seems that you are academically inclined and so make good use of your learning capacities and set new targets. Whatever you have achieved is achieved. That is in your kitty Now more forwards and make a little bit more stiff targets. Plan for higher studies.
