Hi Ashutosh,
In your case the first question the university is going to ask you is: What were you doing from 2007 to 2011? so as along as you are able to justify your reason for this gap, there should not be a problem.
If you were not doing any thing for all this years than its going to be a problem, where as if you were working full time or engaged in some other activities like family business or so, in that case it should not be a problem.
Please remember the decision in this regard entirely depends upon the university.

Getting a Management degree in the field of Automobile stream is less of a possibility because Automobile is related to Science and Engineering where as MBA is a management oriented stream, totally different from the engineering stream.

It would be much easier for you pursue Engineering than English , Since You are in First year you must have experienced so far If you comfortable with English You can , or else you can start preparing for any of the Engineering Entrance Examinations. Career wise Eng Hons is also very rewarding .

You will be issued a student VISA only for the duration of your course, and as soon as your course gets over you need to return back to India.
International students are allowed to work full time in UK only if they get a job offer with a annual package of 20,000 pounds or more.
