Hi Ashutosh,
In your case the first question the university is going to ask you is: What were you doing from 2007 to 2011? so as along as you are able to justify your reason for this gap, there should not be a problem.
If you were not doing any thing for all this years than its going to be a problem, where as if you were working full time or engaged in some other activities like family business or so, in that case it should not be a problem.
Please remember the decision in this regard entirely depends upon the university.
I hope this answers your query.

Well let me tell u a hard truth. Amity has a big problem of recognition from various governing bodies. Instead of going for that, you can go for some reputed institutions like UPES Dehradun, which also holds a distinguished recognition of Asia's First Energy sector university. It is one of the best universities for the studies of core subjects. It has managed to make mark for itself in educational sector due to its unique academic programs, well experienced faculty and very good placements

Hi,
You will be issued a student VISA only for the duration of your course, and as soon as your course gets over you need to return back to India.
International students are allowed to work full time in UK only if they get a job offer with a annual package of 20,000 pounds or more.
