As your perfection stands in Coreldraw and Photoshop, there are several companies dealing in Web/ Graphic designing which are in need for these skills. You can definitely apply for those, but then as correctly said by Anitech, you need to improve your communication skills as this is the most important phase and the first source of interaction with any person or company.
There are many institutes in the country like BSL, Inlingua and more which may offer you the other related institutes as well:

basically,it wont matter to any of the universities whether you've done your schooling from MP board or CBSE board.
What most of the university consider is the credit of belonging to the top quarter of students in your class.YOU HAVE TO BELONG TO THIS STRATA OF STUDENTS.
other than this, many other things matter, like the essay, the recommendation letter, the extracurrucular activities that you are involved in etc.
I hope that this answer responds aptly to your query
LIKE it, if so.
