US, is one of the finest study destination to pursue masters in computer science and related fiends, to pursue masters in US, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.
Universities in US and US have 2 admission in take in a year:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.

As a student of MAPS, which is backed by two of the largest educational companies - Educomp, India and Raffles, Singapore; I would suggest you try for it. Though I must admit that you have quite a low percentile in MAT, but the good thing is that MAPS considers not only your test scores, but also your class 10, 12 and graduation percentage along with your extra curricular activities. So, if you had, lets say, been a good athlete in school, then you stand a fair chance of getting through.
