TOEFL is not a hard nut to crack it's easy to get through provided that you have proper strategy. TOEFL measures skills in four modules; Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. There are some building blocks for TOEFL such as - Grammatical accuracy, Vocabulary, Interactive Skills, presentation skills in both writing and Speaking. Try to inculcate these traits during the course of preparation after making short goals and connect it with daily life.

It's up to your interest. If you are interested in business, you may continue being into commerce stream. If you want to do MBA from FMS, you need to give only the CAT exam. They don't accept admissions through other exams. For general category candidates, cutoff is around 99 percentile. Don't see other websites. Just go through their website only.
