When you have completed Pharmacy in India, you would have registered in the pharmacy council to start work as a pharmacist. Same way, you have to register in that country pharmacy council before you start working. Only after this registration you will be given a job. One of the criteria to register is you need IELTS 7 band in all four components. Each country have their own procedures, you can check the same in their respective website.

Dear,
If you are interested in mass communication course, then, yes, you can apply for MA (journalism and mass communication) in all universities of India. Rules and regulations of the admission vary from university to university. So wherever you want to admission, first check the website of that university and get the eligibility criteria for admission. Few campuses take entrance exam first and then according to the rank they provide the admission.

B.Com will be good, because here you will have a little knowledge about computer, in B.Com computers you will have computers related subjects. And remaining subjects like accounts, marketing are same in both the groups. The technical knowledge which you gain will be useful for you in your higher studies like MBA and at the job.
