The question is vague and not clear. This is due to several reasons such as what were the factors which motivated or compelled you to do it? Was it money and the lucrative position? Were you influenced by others? Was it due to your own thinking and capacity? Or, you thought MBA gives you money so let's do it. Many times, it is just to check your rational thinking.

Hello Mohamed Lahfir,
You can apply for entrance examinations for B.Tech even when you're about to appear for your 12th board examinations. You do not need to wait until the results are released. The only requirement is that your 12th standard results should be declared before the counseling process for those entrance examinations begin.
If you're interested in computers, BCA followed by MCA is an alternative to B.Tech. You can also opt for B.Sc (IT) as well.
I hope I have been able to answer your queries to your satisfaction. If so, kindly upvote this answer. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

I think, the main campus of Manipal is the best to pursue B.Tech than the Jaipur campus. Jaipur campus is still very new and the topmost companies still don't step forward for placements there. Placement and infrastructure wise Manipal campus is perfect.

BITSAT solely demand a perfect knowledge of the basic concepts of the subject. BITSAT limits itself to shorter but far trickier questions. Also, BITSAT has slightly lesser chapters in its bag as compared to JEE syllabus, focusing only on the important ones. You must have all formulas and equations on your fingertips. Practice Time Management by giving more mock tests. Divide time cleverly for various sections; English and Logical reasoning won't take much time and will fetch more marks if attempted properly.
Best of luck.
