Nobody will employ you as a manager immediately. If you do it through a very reputed institute, first you will be hired as a management trainee and you will work in various departments such as guest relationship, front desk, F & B, room services, customer support and credit and after successful performance, you may be kept in a specific department as assistant manager level. You will progress in various positions. Even a 2 star or 3 star hotel won't appoint anybody directly as a manager. Yes, if it is restaurant or eateries, food chain, you may be appointed as a store manager.
