The beginning salaries are really hard to predict as it depends on many factors like current market stability, your network, scores and the position at which you join a company.
As far as pros and cons are concerned, remember that the MBA curriculum will largely remain same across universities. So, whether is it DBS or ABS, they will add the same value to your resume. Both these B-schools are decent and there are a lot of Indian students studying there. So, rather than focusing on the choice between these B-schools, focus on choosing between the two countries.

1. You can join a flying club to obtain commercial pilot license. The eligibility to become a commercial pilot is PCM in class 12th.
2. You can join Indian Air Force Flying Pilot branch by appearing in NDA, CDS examinations conducted by UPSC. IAF trains selected candidates.

If it is an integrated course then your salary may vary from 3.0 lacs and above as an average. If these courses you are pursuing separately then I would recommend to gain some experience after B.Tech and then go for MBA so that you can get a good salary package otherwise after B.Tech + MBA you may not get an good opportunity or salary package as expected.
