Although, there is no set perquisite to join Red Hat programs but RHCE is a program for those Professionals who either have RHCSA certification or those who are Experienced Linux system administrators. So I would say it seems difficult to do gain this certification just after 10th.

RHCE is a certified course and requires no such educational qualification but then it is advised that you should opt for these or any certification after completing your schooling i.e. 12th,as this happens to be the basic surface to your education and is important for future education as well.

It is not feasible to pursue two professional couses at the same time as it involves a lot of hardwork n sincerity to achieve an IAS position and the same applies for CAT. It is quite clear to everybody that both the courses require immense attention,. So, make it clear in your mind n will what u want to pursue CAT or IAS and concentrate on the choosen one . Nothing difficult. I have seen even crammers qualifying UPSC. If you can do MA (Psychology), why not UPSC exam? You need to concentrate on some standard general knowledg books as well as on the daily news items and editorials appearing in one or two standard newspapers, as a matter of your routine.

It would be difficult for you to pursue MBA in Canada in 15 lakhs froma decent university. There are some universities where you would be able to complete MBA within 15-20 lakhs but those universities are not very well recognized.
