Hi
CAT is supposed to be taken if you are applying to management schools in India. GMAT is taken if you are applying for management schools abroad. If you are planning to pursue this course abroad, then you should opt for GMAT. If you are planning to pursue it from India, you should take the CAT.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
