Animation is a good course and has a lot of demand in the Media world. Now as you are interested in animation and willing to pursue it. I would say that yes you can opt for it but it is will be advisable that first you complete your 12th as it is the basic requirement of any education.
Also as you have enquired about FTII, the institute offers 1and a half year certificate course and the eligibility is 10+2.

MBA in California or any other location would require you to have work experience in your profile. If you are serious about pursuing your MBA, it is best recommended for you to first gain some work experience(2-3 years) and then apply for MBA. Let me know your thoughts on this.
