To be able to pursue a course - MS/ MSc in Animation, the eligibility may vary from one institute to another however, the most obvious educational qualification is to be a B.Sc graduate preferably in the similar field but in some of the institutes graduation in any discipline is eligible to apply for the program.

As yopu have already enrolled for the BTS course, I would suggest you to concentrate over this course and complete the same. In the mean while, you can opt for some short term courses like Foreign Languages, Ground staff training etc. All these courses will add value to your profile and gain better opportunities.
After the completion of your BTS, you can look for Masters through regular mode from a good institute which will further provide your profile a boost to pursue a bright career ahead.

You can apply for the masters in electronics engineering course. Please find below the requirements for the program:
1) GRE Exam: Preferable score 700 in each section i.e. quant and verbal.
2) IELTS: Minimum 6.5 band score
3) Undergraduation percentage must be 78% and above. Incase percentage is not meeting the requirement, a conditional admission offer will be given which would be considered unconditional after certain foundation courses are completed before the program starts.
