There are no Btech programs offered but bachelors in engineering.

Since you have done your BCA , I suggest, you look at doing your MBA in IT . I would also like to add, that MAT scores, will get you admission, only in the second rung B Schools. You should look at doing your MBA, from the top 100 B Schools, in India, for which you need to give the CAT exam. CAT is held once a year, in the month of November.
