You can either prepare on your own(which i would not recommend if you are not very proficient with English) through self preparation books like Kaplan, The Princeton Review, etc OR

Annamalai university don't offer B.Ed through Distance education but you can go for other universities

I didnt get ur question.
If u r asking about SAT then it will not help u in India.
If u r asking about BSc(Finance) and MBA it has a very wide scope in all over the world.

Hi, TOEFL can't help but GRE can help you to some extent. Also if you have done some relevant extra curricular, seminars or presentations or participated in sports and won laurels then you can mention these in your SOP. If not then, it could be difficult. Don't lose heart, if not USA then you can try other countries.
