If you want to get into good university like University of Michigan or Michigan State University, then you require a GRE score no less than 1400 and a TOEFL score no less than 90. The higher you score, the better chances of admission you have.

I do not know which course is better for you because i do not have any details about your profile. If i have to choose in between the 2 courses that you have mentioned, I would opt for pharmacy technician at humber due to the following reasons:
1) Humber is one of the best community colleges in Canada.
2) Pharmacy is one of the best paid sectors in Canada.

As per the NCTE, the minimum requirements to pursue M.ed is B.Ed./B.El.Ed with 55% marks. There are several institutes in India which are offering this course and to know about the same you may refer to the following link:

If you want you can pursue M.A after your B.ed and then go for M.ed. It will entirely depend on your area of interest.

You can either prepare on your own(which i would not recommend if you are not very proficient with English) through self preparation books like Kaplan, The Princeton Review, etc OR
