dare manoj fantastic good approach for future mba finance need to have commerce back ground you have that in 12 . same time you have completed bca which has computer knowledge . for which hr will help to work as hr manager in it company as you can understand profile of it professions. and decide better for company need . now question comes your interest of branch account or hr . as per your need and confidence you have to select the desired course. as per me you have change account profile to it . than you can join hr well. pl feel comfortable in your choice . you can also opt for mba it . all the best . best of luck
