You can choose between any of the said colleges.

As per current UGC guidelines, you can not do two graduation degrees simultaneously from same or different universities unless university has provision of dual degree.

Hotel management is a very best. After 12th, you can apply for hotel management diploma and choose your area as it is the best institute.

Placements depend on colleges and their rankings and how the placements cell is dedicated. Both are great emerging courses. So, choose accordingly to your interest.

Dear Shyam, if you are interested in teaching then there is a more scope of doing M.Tech in a particular subject of civil engineering. There is also a chance of a job but more chances of teaching in well-reputed college.

If you are looking for a better college, then you can go for MNIT - Jaipur. It has low fee structure.

It is only a rumour. Unless you read info of fee on German Universities Websites, you may treat it as rumour. By the way, even today German Universities charge nominal fee.

If after the improvement exam also you are expecting only 45%, I suggest, you should take a good look at your career. You can choose commerce, humanities, fine arts, vocational, etc. I feel even if you take admission in management quota, you may find it tough to sustain.
