Please refer RS Agarwal for Maths and Logical Reasoning. For English, refer to book by Arihant publications which deals with reading comprehension and verbal ability. For legal, go through past year papers and lucent is enough for GK.

1. University of Delhi
2.GGSIU
3. University of Mumbai
4. Symbiosis International University, Pune

60% in +2 will work for studying BBA.

If after the improvement exam also you are expecting only 45%, I suggest, you should take a good look at your career. You can choose commerce, humanities, fine arts, vocational, etc. I feel even if you take admission in management quota, you may find it tough to sustain.
