Its just based on your interest. There is no such requirement to learn foreign language along with MBA. Companies do give some initial learning on languages before sending executives to foreign countries. Its totally based on your interest which language to learn.

There is no difference between BE and B.Tech. Both are graduation degree in the field of engineering and technology. Acceptance is same for the degrees for higher studies in India and abroad. There is no difference in job market for both the degrees. It is only nomenclature difference between BE and B.Tech.
