Hello,
MBA by correspondence has its advantages: You could continue to earn and grow in your organization and at the same time improve your managerial skills by pursuing MBA. However, a full time MBA from a good institute will propel your career and could possibly give you better roles and better package.
However, you should keep in mind your financial situation and your interest in going back to campus and studying for 2 years.
Wish you the best!
