Nuclear Medicine is a well known option where in one studies about the diagnosis and treatment of illness through the medical imaging.
There are very few institutes in the country offering a course in the same like:
AIIMS,
Dr. MGR Medical University
Mahe manipal University,
Sanjay gandhi PG Institute of Medical Sciences.

Hi Somak, class 12 percentage is taken into consideration more than 10, although a a consistency in scores is expected. Class 11 scores do not matter at all. So work hard for your class 12 and score as good as you scored in 11, and you will be able to get admission into Universities you desire to get into.

Hi Prashant, you can not work in Singapore while you are a student. It is illegal for students to work in Singapore on a student visa. If caught your visa can be cancelled and be deported back to India.
