If you want to do a job in these countries then let me tell you go for the regular MBA that would be more beneficial for you because if you opt distance learning MBA then you may not be able to get the visa as visa is only granted to those who are going for full time studies , since you are graduate long time back so hope you must be working if is it so then you are eligible . Also let me tell you Singapore is extremely popular for its MBA programmes and attracts a number of students every year. Most of the MBA institutes of Singapore offers world class Learning Environment. Here is a list of some of the institutes and colleges offering MBA programs in Singapore:- INSEAD , Nanyang Business School , National University of Singapore, S.P.Jain Center of Management, SMU (Singapore Management University), The Hemsdale Management School , MDIS (Management Development Institute of Singapore) , Amity Global Business School.

European countries like France , Italy, UK are famous for its arts and designing courses worldwide Germany is also good option however if you want to learn best interior designing program then i must say go to Italy inspite of Germany . You may also try in these german universities/ Colleges if you wish however knowledge of german language is must:- Castle Giebichenstein Art College Hall, Fachhochschule Trier-University of Applied Sciences ,Coburg University of Applied Sciences - Dept. of Interior, Intregr. Product Design etc.
Also let me tell you Italy has some world's best interior designing institutes like:- Florence Design Academy, Istituto d'Arte Applicata e Design,Accademia di Belle Arti di Verona so you may also try there.
