While for Post Graduate degree minimum Bachelors degree with 6.5 Bands in IELTS forms the criteria. But, firstly I would like to know your current qualification and you current activity. There are number of things you can do, try any of these.
1- Prepare a profile where you justify if you had any gaps in education
2- You can go for some professional courses like WebDesigning ( Age is no bar here and you can get a job or you can start your own small org).
3- If you are fine to spend ~1 Lakhs of rupee that find out any Datawarehousing, SAS or SAP institues which offer courses in different modules after completing the course you can expect a good job.(based on your performance and knowledge)
4- Apply for Govt jobs and prepare for them.
5- You can start your own Webhosting company or Webdevelopment company.
6- Start a business which suites you.
7- There are number of online jobs which does not require technical knowledge but good typing spped and enthu to work them, go for them, Freelance.com

As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to work in Canada, so regarding this I would suggest that as per your profile you must work for 2-3 years in India after completing your BBA and then opt for post graduate diploma in marketing from Canada as it will enhance your chance of getting a job in Canada.
Please remember it is very difficult for a fresher to get a job in Canada, in the present day scenario as you need to compete with the natives of their country first and then with remaining international candidates.
If you have prior relevant work experience then you will have competitive advantage over candidates with no work experience.
Once you get a job in Canada, then after working for 3-4 years you may pursue MBA, which would further enhance your career prospects.

Main Function of RBI is
A) Bank of Issue
