As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to work in Canada, so regarding this I would suggest that as per your profile you must work for 2-3 years in India after completing your BBA and then opt for post graduate diploma in marketing from Canada as it will enhance your chance of getting a job in Canada.

For IPCC there is no Specified limit of taking classes
it is depends on Coaching centres
