Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:

Overall, in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need have:
- Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
- Relevant full time undergraduate degree from recognized university.
- Atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
- GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
- IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.

*** After Diploma in Mechanical Engineering you may join lateral B.Tech course in which you can directly enter into the second year.
Below is the list of lateral entry colleges :

-Institution of Electronics and Telecom Engineers
-HMR Institute of Technology and Management
-Amity School of Engineering and Technology
*** Lateral entry rules differ from one university to another so I would suggest you to directly contact the university officials for specific criteria.

*** As for the advance courses after ECE branch you have two fields :
-Core field
-Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can learn programming language.

Every university has its own course specific fee structure, in order to know the exact fee structure it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, an average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average living expenses are about US$ 10,000 per-year.The tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
For your reference please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in US you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have good academic record, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GMAT.
2. TOEFL.
