After B.Tech in Information Technology, you may consider M.Tech.
Apart from M.Tech you can opt for Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Computer Application (MCA).

Yes you can definitely go for it. But you'll have to start from scratch as in you'll not be getting any credit points.
You can even pursue both provided you can strive a balance.
In the case of two degrees at a time, it is advisable to go for 1 regular and 1 distance or both through correspondence.
